FRANK Kombucha

4 in 10 people suffer from at least 1 digestive symptom at any given time, like unbalanced gut bacteria, constipation, heartburn, bloating, nausea, IBS…  Yeah, nobody wants to talk about this stuff.  But it happens. Once the FRANK team discovered kombucha and its properties in the U.S., they wanted to start making it at home in Geneva.  But fermentation is hard: you need right temperature, right Ph, right acidity…and time.  And while they loved the result, sometimes they would have wanted to just go to a store and get it.
