The secret recipe for Minuscule is the result of three years of research and is inspired by centuries of Belgian brewing tradition. Since we like our recipe, we are extremely demanding in the production of our beer and collaborate in the production with one of the best artisanal breweries in the lacustre region: Cap’tain Mousse in Nyon. A choice of four hops, including the famous organic Swiss Pearl Hop, as well as special hop techniques, allow you to obtain the powerful nose of the Minuscule. The 10-week storage period, guaranteed for each bottle of Minuscule, ensures optimal maturation of the beer. Minuscule also supports very well over the years and will continue to mature in bottle if stored in good conditions.
